Solutions - Proven starting points

Start from a proven pattern. Shape it to your operation.

Most business systems solve one of a few recurring problems. These six patterns are where Incipit usually begins, then adapts to your workflows, data and team.

From pattern to proposal

Every engagement follows the same four steps

01

Discover

A short review of your workflow, data and constraints, so the pattern fits your operation and not the other way round.

02

Propose

A written proposal: scope, stages, responsibilities, timeline and investment. Nothing starts before you agree it.

03

Deliver

Work in visible stages with reviews and acceptance at each one. Source-code ownership and handover are agreed in writing.

04

Support

Handover, documentation and an optional managed-support arrangement for what runs after launch.

Requirement that crosses several patterns?

Tell us what you want to build or fix. We reply with questions, options and a milestone-based proposal. No obligation, and we can sign an NDA first.
