Where we work from
Incipit began in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, in 2013 (publicly stated) and works today from Jhansi, Lucknow, Varanasi, Mumbai, Delhi and Gurgaon. We work on Indian Standard Time (UTC+5:30). Delivery is remote-first: calls, written updates, shared boards and a client portal mean location is rarely a limit.
We do not claim offices, branches or staff in other countries. Where a project needs people in a particular place, we say so in the proposal.
Working across time zones
- Tell us your time zone in the first message and we plan meetings around your day.
- Updates are written so progress never depends on one live call.
- Overlap windows with Europe, the Middle East and parts of Asia-Pacific are workable for most meetings.
- Working language is English.
