Project Delivery Process

The same stages behind every project we show in the portfolio, so proof and process can be compared.

Stages and evidence

  • Discover: written summary of the need, users and constraints.
  • Propose: scope, milestones, responsibilities and ownership in writing.
  • Build: working builds you review at each milestone.
  • Accept and launch: agreed checks, backup and a rollback route before go-live.
  • Hand over: code, configuration and documentation as agreed.
  • Support: maintenance, monitoring and a way to raise issues.

What you can verify

Each stage produces something you can inspect: a summary, a proposal, a working build, a test result, a deployment note. If a stage does not, ask us to show you what it produced.

How this shows up in the portfolio

Work pages state whether delivery is documented in our project records, announced publicly, or still being documented. Evidence labels are explained on the Work page.
