One Process Behind Every Practice

Recruitment needs accurate requirements, software needs sound architecture and travel needs an understanding of the traveller. All need clarity and accountability.

The four stages

  • Discover: we learn the business need, the people who will use the result and the constraints before proposing anything.
  • Propose: scope, milestones, responsibilities and ownership are agreed in a written proposal.
  • Deliver: work is built in reviewable milestones; you approve each stage before the next begins.
  • Support: handover of code and documentation as agreed, with maintenance and support available afterwards.

What we need from you

  • A named decision-maker.
  • Content, access and approvals on the agreed timeline.
  • Honest constraints: budget range, deadlines and existing systems.

Changes and communication

Changes to agreed scope are raised as change requests and priced before work proceeds. Updates are written, so progress never depends on one live call, and calls are scheduled in your time zone.
