Pricing

Pay for the Requirement, Not a Rate Card

Pricing depends on discovery, so we publish how engagements work rather than packages that do not fit real projects.

Engagement models

  • Advisory sessions: a decision, a review or a second opinion, scoped per session.
  • Fixed-scope project: defined deliverables, timeline and price, quoted after discovery.
  • Milestone delivery: larger work split into reviewable, separately approved stages.
  • Managed retainer: maintenance, backups, monitoring and a continuous improvement backlog, agreed monthly or annually.

Getting a number

The website cost planner gives a clearly labelled indicative range for common website projects. It is not a binding quote. For custom software, start with a conversation and we reply with questions, options and a written proposal.
