Software for Education & EdTech

Learner-facing platforms, admin tools and content workflows built around how institutions and EdTech teams really operate.

Who this is for

Schools, coaching institutes, training providers and EdTech startups that run admissions, learner communication and content on disconnected tools.

Typical needs

  • Learner and parent portals, enquiry and admission workflows
  • Assessment, practice and readiness tooling
  • Content and course-management workflows for small teams
  • Reporting that staff can actually read

What you get

  • An enquiry-to-admission workflow so no prospective learner is lost.
  • Learner and parent portals with role-based access.
  • Assessment and practice tooling suited to your syllabus.
  • Reports staff can read without a data analyst.

How we approach it

  • Map the real workflow with the people who run it before choosing technology.
  • Ship in reviewable stages, starting with the part that removes the most manual work.
  • Keep learner data access role-based and auditable.

What we will not promise

Outcomes depend on your data, team and adoption. We scope after discovery and do not guarantee rankings, revenue or timelines in advance. Incipit's own CertReady exam simulator is shown on the Products page as a product, not as client proof.

Common questions

Can you build an exam practice platform? Incipit built CertReady, its own exam simulator, which shows the approach. A client system would be scoped around your content and rules.

How do you handle learner data? Access is role-based and auditable, and we agree retention and privacy handling with you during scoping.

Can we start small? Yes. We usually start with the one workflow that removes the most manual effort and extend from there.

How an engagement runs

Discover, propose, deliver, support

The same four stages apply to every Incipit practice, so you always know what has been agreed and what happens next.

  1. 01

    Discover

We learn the business need, the people who will use the result and the constraints, before any solution is proposed.

  2. 02

    Propose

Scope, milestones, responsibilities and ownership are agreed in a written proposal.

  3. 03

    Deliver

Work is built in milestones. You review working builds and approve each stage before the next begins.

  4. 04

    Support

Handover of code and documentation as agreed, with maintenance and support available afterwards.
