These terms are between you and Incipit. By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Scope: website use versus paid work
These terms cover visiting and using this website, the contact forms, the newsletter, the forum and the client portal login. Paid services are governed by the proposal, statement of work or agreement we sign for that engagement. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed document prevails for that engagement.
Nothing on this website is an offer that you can accept without our written confirmation. Descriptions, estimates from the website cost planner and example timelines are indicative only.
3. Using the website

The courts in India with territorial jurisdiction can hear disputes about the use of this website; a signed agreement for paid work may name a specific place. This does not affect any right you have by law to go to another forum.
