AI Workflow Automation

Use AI where it saves time, with a person approving what matters.

Who it is for

Teams with repetitive drafting, sorting or summarising work, and some worry about AI acting unchecked. We start with one narrow task and keep a person approving what matters.

The problem

  • Repetitive drafting, sorting and summarising
  • Worry about AI acting unchecked
  • No clear use case

What you get

  • A single workflow chosen because it is repetitive and measurable.
  • A human approval step before any message is sent or content published.
  • Logging of what the assistant did, so output can be reviewed.
  • A review of accuracy and running cost after launch.

How we approach it

  • Pick one narrow, measurable workflow.
  • Keep human approval before anything is sent or published.
  • Review accuracy and cost regularly.

What we will not promise

We do not promise accuracy, headcount savings or fully autonomous operation.

Common questions

Will AI replace my staff? We do not promise headcount savings. The aim is to take repetitive steps off people, with them still deciding.

How accurate is it? Accuracy depends on your data and the task. We test on real examples first and report the results rather than quote a number in advance.

Where does my data go? We agree which provider and what data are used before building, and keep sensitive data out of scope unless you decide otherwise.

How an engagement runs

Discover, propose, deliver, support

The same four stages apply to every Incipit practice, so you always know what has been agreed and what happens next.

  1. 01

    Discover

We learn the business need, the people who will use the result and the constraints, before any solution is proposed.

  2. 02

    Propose

Scope, milestones, responsibilities and ownership are agreed in a written proposal.

  3. 03

    Deliver

Work is built in milestones. You review working builds and approve each stage before the next begins.

  4. 04

    Support

Handover of code and documentation as agreed, with maintenance and support available afterwards.
