Engagement Models

Choose the shape of the relationship that fits the uncertainty in the work. The numbers follow discovery.

When each model fits

  • Advisory session: you need a decision, a review or a second opinion before committing to a build.
  • Fixed-scope project: the deliverables are clear enough to describe, price and date in writing.
  • Milestone delivery: the work is large or uncertain, so it is split into stages you approve one by one.
  • Managed retainer: a live site or application needs maintenance, backups, monitoring and improvements every month.

What you provide in every model

  • A named decision-maker who can approve scope and changes.
  • Content, access and feedback on the agreed timeline.
  • Honest constraints: budget range, deadlines and existing systems.

How changes are handled

Changes to agreed scope are raised as change requests and priced before work proceeds. Nothing is added silently, and nothing is withheld without explanation.

Pricing

We do not publish a rate card, because honest pricing depends on discovery. The website cost planner gives a clearly labelled indicative range for common website projects. It is not a quote.
