1. How to read this list
This list reflects how the website and client portal were configured on 3 November 2026. A provider appears here only if it is in use. We update the page when the set changes.
2. Providers
- Microsoft Azure (hosting): runs the website application in the Canada Central region and the database in the Central India region. Receives everything you submit through the site and the portal.
- Zoho Mail (outgoing email): delivers our replies, invoices and notifications, so it receives recipient addresses and message contents.
- Razorpay (payments): hosts the payment page for online payments. You enter card, UPI or bank details with Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (analytics): measure aggregate visits and traffic sources. They load by default, and you can switch them off from the Cookie preferences link. Advertising storage and ad personalisation are switched off.
- Google Fonts (typefaces): the website loads fonts from Google's servers, so your browser sends Google your IP address and basic browser details when a page loads.
- LinkedIn and Instagram: the website links to our profiles. Following a link takes you to their site and their privacy practices apply.
3. AI services
The public website does not send enquiries, files, newsletter addresses or other visitor data to any AI provider. This was checked in the application code on 3 November 2026. An internal administration tool can send Azure resource information, not personal data, to an AI model service when it is configured, and no such service is configured in production. We will update this page before any feature starts sending personal data to an AI provider.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use advertising pixels or share enquiry data with advertisers.
